I AM SURE I HAVE THE BEST MORNING RIDE

Hello to everyone! Welcome back! Today I’d like to tell you all about or Oh! Yeah got it! About my daily morning ride to school! How’s that? (Oh wait!! If you think this is going to be boring I hope you will change your opinion after reading this!!! So read on …)

I am a person who likes to sleep till the bright morning sun is shimmering in the sky and then unfortunately my mother yells at me to wake – up! (Or I would sure have slept late and missed school!) So I wake up reluctantly. Once I am fresh I look eagerly for my exciting day ahead!! I then force my father to leave his daily morning newspaper and take me to school in the car.

I open the window so that I can feel the cool morning breeze brush past my cheeks. At times I see many small mustard flowers which look delighting amidst the lush green grass!! I take this as a good omen and I am further thrilled about the day! Next on my list is the small temple near our house. There is a priest offering flowers to the deity of Lord Hanuman. The bells chiming in the temple bring a melodious charm to the atmosphere!! My father and I offer our prayers to God and then resume our drive.

Oh! There he comes! I can see Mr.Verma taking his cute little puppy Bonjo for a walk!! I wish Mr.Verma a Good day and lovingly fondle Bonjo with my hands!! He barks sadly as we move on!! Ah! Then comes the milkman in his usual jolly mood!! He wears a spotless white dhoti (Indian dress) and rides with the milk cans hanging at the back of his bicycle. The cans jingle as he moves ahead and leaves a pleasant voice echoing in my ears!!!

I now see the shopkeepers yawning and opening their shops with utter laziness! I pity these poor souls who toil from dawn to dust in order to earn a living for their family whose responsibility lies on their shoulders!! After this is the small tea stall where many people are having a cup of refreshing morning tea along with their morning newspaper!

That’s it! Hope you don’t expect me to see anymore things because I don’t!!! I then reach school with these eventful scenes ringing in my head!! After saying good bye to my father I hop out of the car and hope my daily morning ride is as mesmerizing as today!!!

Hope to have changed the feeling of the people who thought this was going to be boring!! I bet no one has a great morning ride as me!!......... If you disagree or like this article do post your comment below!! Oops! just remembered to do my home-work! Will write much later…….. Keep reading !!!

Ride to school - the earlier font was better. You changed your color and the font.
I have a 45 minute ride to my office and I am sure I see more things on the way than you :). Of course I cant write as beautiful as you. Dont you see any traffic signals, cycles on the road whizzing past by as if there is no tomorrow, vegetable vendors shouting at their voices for their best prices(this is the bulk sale i am talking about), school chilren waiting for their bus ride.... i can go on but this all depends on the distance from your home to school.
Good post - i think you do see a lot more but you have not written it all :)

Dear Saju,
Thanks for your suggestions and I will certainly try to change the font. I would like to tell you that
I just have a 5 min ride to school and that is too short to watch as many things as you do ! Anyways, I leave for school at six when not many people are awake. I suppose you leave late so you watch so many things ! Would you like to read long articles more than this length and wont you get bored ? I suppose not so I write them as short as possible !! Thank you once again !!

Hmm... u've given me a nice n wonderful morning ride. Impressive language n good observations :) If ur journey is juz 5 mins, then u r watching too much i think, he he. I've got almost 40-45 mins journey, and mostly I cud see is only different kinds of vehicles and traffic.

My observation - ur dad comes into picture whatever u writes ;)
