I'm Back To Normal

I'm Back To Normal

Helllloooooo.....yea......Hold your ears tight and don't let them get blowed away by this screeching hello.....

OK!!! So I see excitement there....you thinking I'm back? Then to answer you....you might say yes....kinda!! My exams would've been over today but alas for the reiging monsoon which struck our city and one of our papers got canceled......we have that on tomorrow and it's Biology!! My favorite....so I'm on a break.

But guys, don't get decepted by my attitude.....my Exams WENT REALLY HORRIBLE!!! Really......I even got to know my marks of History, and geography and mind ya.....I always did well.....coming in the top 5 rankers.....but this year is unlucky!!

:(

:(

I know.....but I just can't help feeling bad....so I thought I'd discuss it with you people before returning to blogging.....and the best way I can think of to enlighten my mood is a task for you guys - LOL!!!

So put your grey cells to work and suggest me some creative maniac and wired ideas telling me why it's okay if I don't do well or telling me suitable reasons why one can't study/ shouldn't study! Or excuses that I can give my parents....and anything else that makes me smile...you know :D

Sounds interesting?? Yea.....so get to work....get those chunky naughty brains moving and tell me why it's okay even if I fail!! LOL! Not that it's gonna happen....when I say bad....it means between 80-90 % marks, mind ya....but anyways...some of your sayings which I find really creative, humorous, cool and naughty typos....will get linked :)

I'm sharing one tit-bit that I read on the net....Here goes....it tells you why a student cannot study:

Student's Academic Schedule:

  • Sundays-52 Sundays in a year, you know Sundays are for rest. Days left 313.

  • Summer holidays-50 where weather is very hot and difficult to study. Days left 263.

  • 8 hours daily sleep- 130 days GONE. Days left 141.

  • 1 hour for daily playing- (good for health) means 15 days. Days left 126.

  • 2 hours daily for food & other delicacies (chewing properly & swallowing)-means 30 days. Days left 96.

  • 1 hour for talking (man is a social animal)-means 15 days. Days left 81. Exam days- per year at least 35 days. Days left 46.

  • Quarterly, Half yearly and festival (holidays)- 40 days. Balance 6 days.

  • For sickness - at least 3 days. Remaining days=3.

  • Movies and functions - at least 2 days. 1 day left.

  • That 1 day is your BIRTHDAY How can you study on that day??????!!!!!!!!!! Balance = 0

"Then how can a student pass ??"

LOL!!! Absolutely correct na....then I have a suitable excuse for mum and dad!!

The Flickr Mosaic

Okay guys!! Now's the most happening tag in the blogosphere! It comes from my blogging brother, Sourish Bhaiya. This is an interesting tag so here are the rules:-

  1. Type your answer to each of the questions below into Flickr Search.
  2. Using only the first page of results, and pick one image.
  3. Copy and paste each of the URLs for the images into Big Huge Lab’s Mosaic Maker to create a mosaic of the picture answers. (Sorry! Not done that!)

The questions:
  1. What is your first name?
  2. What is your favorite food? right now?
  3. What is your favorite color?
  4. What is your favorite drink?
  5. What is your dream vacation?
  6. What is your favorite dessert?
  7. What do you want to be when you grow up?
  8. What do you love most in life?
  9. What is one word that describes you?
  10. What is your user name?

So go on....guess the answers!! I didn't post the last picture because it comes into my first picture...my name is my user name

After this, I'd love to thank Sourish Bhaiya again for the wonderful rakhi gift!! Thanks a lot bro....love ya too :)

Here's what he gifted:

Readers Love My Blog - An Award!

I am honored to receive this prestigious award, given to me by my mentors and inspiration- Nikita and Guardian Angel (aka Guardian Cuala)!

Nikita has always inspired me and encouraged me to do my best. Thus, this award comes as a huge present for me. Thanks a ton dear :D

She thinks:

Meghna is a wise 13 year old blogger and she’s just brilliant! She writes stories and poems…all her own and she is so creative in her writing, that you would think she’s a professional writer! I think she’s on the brink of a fantastic career as a writer, she just needs that one publisher..Did you know that Beatrix Potter had about 4 publishers that sent her books/works back to her, telling her they were not interested! but she was determined and that’s what Meghna is like…she just keeps on writing…I think she’s got some sort of machine…spitting out all those wonderful stories. Do yourself a favour and read her blog.

Guardian Angel- "My blogging guardian" as I lovingly call him, is the best person, always present there with his timely help and support! A huge thanks to you too....

This is what he says about me

This young Indian girl claims that she is learning from my blogs but unknowingly, I am the one who is learning from her. Besides her wonderful stories about her school, life and other experiences, I admire most her poems and style in writing. I truly believe she will be among the top bloggers of her time.

:smiling wide:

Here's the award:

I Love Your Blog Award

And as I've to pass it on to 7 others. Here they are:
  1. Adityan- ADI!!! A budding blogger like me trying to establish himself in the blogosphere. I'm fascinated by our similarities.....He owns a great blog and we are almost the same age so you can see the connect :)
  2. Nadine- A friend since I started blogging....and a very good one too. She writes fabulously and is a dear dear inspiration!
  3. Soursih Bhaiya- Can I ever forget him?? One of the best brothers around!!!
  4. Cindy Di- Sweet sissy! Love her loads :)
  5. Divi di- Ah.....a cutie-pie!! A real sweet elder sis!
  6. Solitaire- Her stories and writing leaves me in a trance!
  7. Sameera Di- One of the best....best...best...writers I've ever met!!!

You people really deserve it guys and I'm really sorry I couldn't give it to mroe people....but yes, this stands for all! And I request the above receivers to kindly carry on the tradition and pass it on to 7 others!

Luckily she sent me to the infantry and I was saved from a good scolding…anyways, it was embarrassing especially because my friends thought of me as the bravest amidst them.
  2. Writing in a school assignment that, “Richie had passed school with four “ears” of good music and learning.”
  3. While crossing the road, I and my friends shouted at a jeep that was speeding down the road, not caring for anyone else. The jeep stopped, the owner backed and pulled down the dark glasses and I saw there were two policemen in it.
  4. Biting my sister’s finger mistaking it for a popcorn during the very engrossing movie I was watching. Her screams echoed in the hall.
  5. Learning for a History test when the Biology one was scheduled….dare you ask me what I got!!!

As of now, don't worry guys coz I'm not done yet....I've got one or two tags more pending which I'll be putting up next. And really sorry to disappoint those who are waiting to read a story or poem from me...please be patient for my exams begin from the 11th of September....and you know how this week is....please bear with me....for I will not even be able to comment on your blogs for a while....but after the exam...I promise to be back with a BANG!!!
