Nightfalls
No one to see around the dark alley
In the hazy sky, stars twinkling brightly
Grass is covered with a blanket of mist
Hallowing around the corner, the winds twist
To a serene, calm and silent night
Forever tranquility in the twilight
As a veil on a bride’s face
Loneliness covers the entire place
Lending it’s beauty to the world
Silently they gratify the Earth
This poem is an Acrostic Poem (which forms the word NIGHTFALLS), about which I had recently written a post in my other blog.

I have not read theother comments because I didn't want to forget my questions, so please forgive me if you have already answered them. This is also just me thinking out loud...
Is there a connection between each of the images in the poem and nightfalls?
You say, "like a veil" followed by loneliness. But isn't a veil the gateway to having a lifeliong parnter?
Interesting work, it will take some time to digest. The absense of punctuation is really challenging me to chunk the parts together.

Actually the veil I meant here refers to or has a different meaning. Like, at times, you wold have noticed that different words in different poems render different meanings...this is the same example!
I'm really sorry about the punctuations. I did not think they were needed so I did not use them! But I'll reconsider now...Thanks a lot!
